Hello, I'm an RN from Philadelphia and I looooove to bake. I spent a lot of time in my mom's bakery growing up and over the last few years she has been passing down her tricks to me. My favorite baked good has always been a hearty muffin, I love unique ingredients, and my favorite spice is cinnamon.
